Theyve just been promoted into a role their manager was promoted out of, so were now looking for a Senior Buyer to backfill.Theyre a business that genuinely progresses their people. In fact, most of the procurement team have developed into new roles over the past 12 months.As their Senior Buyer, youll be focussed on providing a strategic approach to materials and services spend for their UK business.Far from tactical procurement, youll be defining sourcing strategies, analysing supply bases, and developing long term category plans.Negotiating, contracting, and strategic sourcing will be your day to day, alongside navigating and developing relationships with stakeholders across the business.Your categories will be diverse, from electronics, and metal components, through to indirects including MRO, FM, fleetperfect if you prefer diversity to your portfolio.If you have experience in strategic procurement, whether in manufacturing or indirects, wed love to hear from you.
