If you have the drive to take initiative,are highly collaborative and love to inspire change, this could be the role for you.Were a growing company and this role will be part of our award-winning marketing team that manages multiple brands, so youll be responsible for all of our Partnerships under the Hunter Douglas groupwhich includes some of the UKs biggest interiors brands!Youll have ownership of marketing plans, ensuring they align with our partners activity, whilst looking for innovative ways to unlock mutually beneficial opportunities to successfully shape the future of our partnership strategy. Youll be working collaborativelywith the wider marketing team to deliver media partnerships, ensuring partnerships are embedded into annual and quarterly marketing plans and live schedules.Community engagement is a key focus, as Partnerships & Brand Reputation Manager youll be the driving force behind delivering local activity across the UK and Ireland, liaising with our network and sales team to activate dedicated marketing activity throughsocial media, sponsorships, community events and more. Building strong relationships around the business is essential as youll be working with stakeholders to improve our reputation online, managing our presence on key review sites and planning our customerreview strategy.In this fast-paced environment youll need to be self-sufficient and used to working on multiple projects at the same time, as well as being responsive to change. Youll have the drive and assertion to look for opportunities, inspire change and push ourpartnerships and customer reputation strategy forward. Youll understand the importance of brand cohesion and be commercially minded with a real focus on the customer.This role is hybrid, with 2 days at home and 3 in our newly refurbished offices.
