Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas Retail group so this exciting role will expand across multiple brands and multiplecountries. Ideal for anyone that likes to deep dive into the world of customer insights and media performance, this role will drive progression across the wider marketing team to continuously evolve our customer, media, campaigns and website measurement.As part of a forward-thinking and specialist marketing team, youll be one of the go-to team to provide reports and analyse customer data to share with the wider marketing team, providing valuable, actionable insights, so youll need to have advanced knowledgein data management tools. Youll have experience with large datasets, marketing databases and analytical / CRM software.Ideally you also have an interest in increasing your understanding of digital data including the google suit of tools including Analytics, Tag Manager, cookie tracking process and keeping up to date with changing legislation around the use of 1st party data.Testing across our digital platforms is fundamental at Hillarys, so youll be supporting the web teams to analyse performance of variant and full site campaign tests (training can be provided if needed).Analytical, data-driven and a keen eye-for detail is key for this role, with a can-do attitude with a passion for solving problems, this opportunity will allow someone to have great influence over the future strategy, whilst enjoying working autonomously.Key responsibilities:
