Job Description

Due to continued growth, we have a number of opportunities for Class 2 HGV / LGV Cat C Drivers to join our team in Nottingham on the Night shift commencing at 14:00 for a 45 hour a week shift.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure vehicle and plant are safe to operate
  • Operate vehicle to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Compliance with legislation drivers hours, highway regulations
  • Vehicle security including equipment & plant
  • Maintenance of mandatory driver/vehicle records
  • Care of duty to self & others
  • Ensure vehicle and cab are kept clean
Key Competencies
  • Class 2 LGV driving licence
  • Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • Professional and organised approach
  • Good time management / ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills
