Coveringall ofEast Anglia and beyond, they pride themselves on providing the best service in the business.Reporting To Transport & Operations ManagerBASIC DESCRIPTIONTo provide portable sanitation services in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining ourclientsreputation of top-quality facilities and customer service.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Drive service truck to specific contract rental job sites; clean, empty and replenish portable toilets and sign off on service log tag inside unit. This is along a designated route as assigned by the Transport & Operations Manager. Deliver, perform service cleanings and collect portable toilets and other hire equipment as necessary as per company standards. Using a tank and a vacuum wand, service drivers must suck up all the waste in a portable toilet. After picking up any stray toilet paper, they also wash down all surfaces that could possibly be soiled, including the walls. Usually cleaning one portabletoilet takes only a few minutes and most workers clean from 10 to 50 a day, whilst carrying out any maintenance on the service round. Training and full PPE will be provided. Sanitize & repair all units as required. Pay attention and advise management if equipment is "acting up" or something is broken or damaged. Maintain paperwork and use of mobile device necessary forday to dayoperations including letting the office know when restrooms are not serviceable, deliverable or unable to be picked up as scheduled. Also ensure any paperwork is in an informative and legiblemanner for office staff and other drivers regarding condition of equipment, problems with work orders or sites, etc. Handle problems that arise on route in an efficient and professional manner. Maintain time and production standards set for routes. Responsible money handling may be required from time to time. Cover out of hours deliveries, servicing and collections as per the instruction of the Transport & Operations Manager. During busy periods this will typically be every other weekend on either Saturday or Sunday, but a degree of flexibility is required.
