• Hands-On Excellence: - A "can-do" attitude is a must as you lead by example, demonstrating your commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
• Being the dependable go-to person, stepping in to cover holidays and sick leave, ensuring that the shops remain fully operational.
• Driving customer sales and enhancing staff morale through your leadership and management skills.
• Keeping the shops clean, well-stocked, and report any maintenance needs. Implement waste control measures and assist in training new team members.
• Taking charge of food preparation, manage bake off in stores, and create delicious sandwiches that keep their customers coming back for more.
• Handling cashing up and banking with precision and integrity.
