Leachate TechTemporary ContractHours:Monday to Friday07:00 - 17:00Salary:£10.96 per hourDescription:The Leachate Technician will undertake the safe and effective monitoring, process control and optimisation of the leachate collection, treatment and disposal assets for regulatory compliance.Youll be responsible for the upkeep and calibration of all equipment and tools used in monitoring and maintenance of leachate management assets in line with routine and planned maintenance.An ideal candidate will have:- Relevant practical experience in an associated discipline- An understanding of landfill engineering, specifically leachate collection and treatment systems- High attention to detail and quality- An understanding of data management and interpretation techniques- The ability to solve problems using your own initiative, sometimes with no direct supervision- Ability to learn efficiently, take on-board new concepts and develop new skillsRequirements:Eligible to work in the UKCommutable distance to siteSkills:Landfill experienceKeywords:LandfillLeachateRefuseStaffordshireStone Mill Meece
