Job Description

Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit organisation based in Central London who are recruiting for an experienced HR & Data Advisor on a permanent basis.This role is hybrid so you will be expected to travel into the office 2 days a week.Job SummaryAs the HR and Data Advisor you will be working with theteam and colleagues to provide expertise, advice and management information across a full range of generalist HR activities, with a focus on data, compliance, systems and processes. This role will ensuretheHR team is continuously improving theoffer to the business using data and systems as a key decision tool whilst ensuring we remain compliant and accurate in our approach.Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and automating standard HR metrics packages and reports catered to the needs of key internal stakeholders, making recommendations and delivering improvements
  • Collaborate with business to manage and drive scheduled data reporting
  • Proactively identifying trends that can solve business problems, risks, and highlight areas of opportunity
  • Work on HR system improvement projects on behalf of the HR team to maximise data integrity, pay accuracy and offerings to colleagues.
  • Support on the pay bandingto reflect the organisationscurrent and future organisational design
  • Lead all aspects of Global Mobility including travel overseas, sponsorship activities and quarterly governance meetings, liaising with relevant external advisors
  • Support the team with the maintenance and development of the agile worker reports ensuring workers, contractors and FTC employees are tracked, managed appropriately and changes managed in good time
  • Create processes and guides to support with good HR governance and compliance
  • Responsible for the research, analysis and recommendations with regards to the HR and reward processes, including external survey, benchmarking and internal analysis including EDI/impact assessments
  • Ensure pay and reward within the businessis benchmarked and applied consistently throughout the organization
  • Working with the Recruitment Team to ensure roles within the business are salary banded in line with organisation policy and practice.
  • Identify areas of improvement, opportunity and innovation and work with members of the wider team to implement any agreed changes
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members of the HR team. Contribute to the ongoing development of the wider team, sharing knowledge, learning and expertise.
RequirementsEssential:
  • A passion for data analysis and presentation
  • Solid experience in supporting / delivering HR technology solutions
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel (specifically vlookups, pivot tables, if formulas etc.)
  • Experience dealing with large sets of data and being able to manipulate this into meaningful outputs and make recommendations based on the data
  • Understanding of data protection regulations e.g. GDPR
  • Proven ability in dealing with confidential data (including salaries)
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively manage own workload
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to assess and review company HR policies to reflect the organisations culture
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and translating that into policy
