Job Description

Head of Sales£60,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits package (Comprehensive HeHybrid Working (2 days in London)This business is a purpose led, none for profit Drinks organisation that genuinely put people and planet first. Their vision has always been to drive long-term sustainability, and deliver incredible, feel-good drinks.The business are rated highly in a number of key areas including Carbon Friendly, Climate Action, Living Wage Employers and Responsible Production.An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to join the business who will be responsible for the overall sales function across multiple channels with a focus on HORECA and B2B and you will have three direct reports with an account base of predominatelyHotels and Restaurant Groups.Key responsibilities:

  • Overriding responsibility for the entire Sales function, creating and implementing a commercial strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Providing guidance and leadership to a team of Sales Managers and a Sales Executive, supporting them in building strong profitable relationships
  • Lead negotiator for customer business plans and key point of contact for any senior decision making
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team including Customer Relations, Marketing and external agencies
Its critical that this individual is also passionate about their mission and aligned with the Sustainability goals. You can really make a difference here and everyone in the business is involved in decision making, theres opportunity to be heard and championyour own vision and valuesPerson specifications:
  • Experience working with the OOH channel, HORECA is of particular interest.
  • Track record of converting leads and interest through to completion
  • A personal interest in working for a Purpose led organisation and ideally aligned with Sustainability vison and values
  • Customer centric and always of the mindset People > Profit
  • Team player who can engage effectively with UK colleagues and the wider organizational structure
This candidate will ideally have experience selling a food or drinks brand but most importantly the capability and approach to liaise with key stakeholders in Hotels, Restaurants and Catering.
