Global company are looking for an Events and Sales Development Specialist to Join their UK and Ireland Head Office.The Events & Sales Development Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Strategic planning to successful execution and final evaluation of all major events. They will handle the key Sales Force events within the company (Leadership Conference, CareerConference and Seminar) and incentive trips (US Seminar and Top Director Trip) to include the development, planning, organizing and leadership of events in line with the sales strategy and business.As long as the current climate does not allow in person events, the Event and Sales Development Specialist will be expected to plan, develop and execute events on digital and virtual platforms. Furthermore, the role will be in charge of developing a strategyof in person and hybrid events post the pandemic in line with government guidelines and the overall sales strategy.Another essential element of this role will be the promotion of the Company message through face to face events to achieve the Strategic Plan and to ensure the successful delivery of recognition to all incentive achievers, including the logistics of thesetrips.Delivery of additional smaller and localised events as required.Responsibilities also include creating effective communications strategies both internally and externally and including social media. There will also be a large emphasis on collaborative working with the Sales Force Development team in order to ultimatelydrive event ticket sales.Proven and Substantial experience in Events Management, with particular experience in dealing with a demanding workload and managing conflicting timescales and priorities, and experience of working on marketing campaigns and communicationsRequired skills for this role:
