KS3/KS4 Supply TeacherLocation: SudburyDay-day supply work available or the following long-term placements:English/History maternity cover - 17/04 until ChristmasScience cover - ASAP until EasterHistory cover - ASAP until EasterPE cover - ASAP until EasterWho are Opus TeachOpus Teach is a publicly owned education recruitment agency operating across the whole of Suffolk. Opus Teach is wholly owned by Suffolk County Council which means we are based in the centre of Ipswich (5 minutes from the Endeavour House Building).Opus Teach successfully recruits for all types of supply teachers and temporary education staff. Since 2018, Opus Teach has worked with over 200 schools and education providers across Suffolk. We focus on listening to what schools want from supply staffand pride ourselves on managing the expectations of our vetted supply candidates.We operate from 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday and have our own unique online booking system which runs 365 days a year 24/7, allowing schools to book wherever and whenever.To register with Opus Teach you will need to:Send us your most updated CVORComplete an online application form on our websiteORCall the Opus Teach TeamOnce registered with Opus Teach, you will have complete control over your availability and the positions you choose to accept. You will receive texts from our booking system when you are requested, allowing you to easily accept. Of course, we will call youif preferred and still build a relationship with you however you prefer and communicate with you how you wish.We have worked continually throughout the pandemic, supporting schools, and providing placements for teachers wanting to work throughout. We have processes in place to ensure the safeguarding of children is a top priority. All teachers are interviewed byan Education Consultant and Opus Teach Account Manager to ensure only quality candidates are onboarded. It is important to note that all interviews / verification calls are taken place remotely via Microsoft Teams but we can make other arrangements if needed.Whether youre happy to work on an ad-hoc basis with daily supply or whether you are seeking a longer-term contract or even gain work whilst looking for permanent roles in either primary or secondary schools (or both), we will be able to find the perfectrole for you.Opus Teach is looking for reliable, professional, and dedicated supply teachers to provide vital support to schools within Suffolk to meet the current increasing demand.Why Supply TeachingSupply teaching offers a great amount of flexibility and room to develop your career, teaching different age groups in different schools or really homing in on teaching a particular year group.
