We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Data Engineer to join our team. In this key technical role, you will primarily focus on Oracle PL/SQL development and data integration tasks while also contributing to Azure platform dataflows and datamarts. Yourresponsibilities will include investigating and resolving user problems, troubleshooting dataflow and datamart issues, and championing change within our BI and Data Solutions team.**Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement dataflows and datamarts on the Azure platform.- Configure Databricks clusters and maintain Databricks notebooks in SQL, Python, and R.- Investigate and resolve user problems related to existing Datalake solutions.- Troubleshoot issues with existing Dataflows and Datamarts on the Azure platform.- Collaborate with global data teams to monitor progress and address any issues.- Specify components of solutions to meet user requirements effectively.- Automation of tasks on the Azure platform and Attunity Replicate Server.- Maintain PowerShell automation scripts on Attunity Replicate Server.- Design, create, and maintain data integration tasks on an Attunity Replicate Server.- Ensure applications are designed for effective management.- Plan and manage systems tests to ensure solutions meet specifications.- Identify and drive process improvements and support new development work.- Create and maintain documentation for system changes and new solutions.Required Skills:- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, with at least 4 years of experience.- Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD implementation and use.- Experience in Azure Data Lake processing and Azure Log Analytics.- Familiarity with Kusto Query Language.- Proficiency in Azure Analysis Services.- Experience in PowerBI development and architecture.- At least 2 years of experience in data integration, ETL, and data modeling.- Proven track record of developing Big Data solutions.- Knowledge of Oracle databases.- Experience in the Insurance or Financial industry.- At least 5 years of experience in solution design, including business requirements analysis and change implementation.- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.Note: This role primarily focuses on Oracle PL/SQL and data engineering tasks while also involving responsibilities related to the Azure platform and data integration. Your expertise in Oracle PL/SQL will be a critical asset to our team, and you will havethe opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our data solutions.
