Identify changes to tools, systems and adjust the way we interact with our customers, whether they be internal or external.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the servers and the frontend. Your primary focus will be the development of Digital Direct to Consumer websites covering all server-side logic: WordPress / WooCommerce plugin development, theme development, plugin configuration, payment handlers ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.Application development includes the creation of front-end user interfaces, middle tier and data layers, as well as the maintenance, troubleshooting, and small enhancements of legacy applications.Reporting in to the Development Manger, this is an important role within the IT department, giving the holder the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the organisation.To be successful in the role this will require:
