2nd Line Support / £22,000-£26,000 / Basingstoke/hybrid workingLooking to progress your supporting career Are you passionate about delivering high levels of customer service This is the role for you!Franklin Bates is proud to be working with a leading SaaS solution company in the heart of Basingstoke. With the company growing, they are looking to expand their team of 2nd Line Support Engineers with enthusiastic, customer service focused individuals.You will be providing Application Support for one of their leading products, using your customer service skills to solve client problems over the telephone and email.You will be a pragmatic and problem-solving character, they are looking for someone who can be a first point of contact for escalated support issues. The enthusiasm and drive to deliver Excellent customer service.
Previous experience of working in a 1st or 2nd Line Support environment.
A good understanding of IT.
The desire to grow your interest of technology into a rewarding career.
Knowledge of SQL would be beneficial.
