Job Description

Sales Support is responsible for supporting the Retail Account Managers, ensuring that all admin and orders are executed on time in full, meeting customer SLAs whilst maximising sales and profit growth across various customers and categories.Key Accountabilities

  • Providing administrative support for all Retail Customers
  • Execution of all processes linked to sales order processing
  • Fulfilment of orders/stock management to ensure that Customer delivery dates are achieved
  • Management of mapping of Customer Skus to Exertis Skus
  • Management and execution of customer order amendments & cancellations
  • Management and proactivity toward expiring bids
  • Management of Customer EDI corrections
  • Completing any ad hoc tasks as directed by line manager
  • Adhoc Continuous Improvement projects
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct.
