Job Description

Are you an experienced Social Media Executive whos looking for a fresh and exciting new challengeOur clients, well-respected independent Estate Agents in the Chelmsford area are currently looking for such an individual to join their team as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive.Working Days:

  • Monday-Friday (Office based not remote work)
  • no weekends
The successful Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive will be offered:
  • A basic salary of up to £36,000
  • Full support from the management team
  • Career progression
To be considered for the Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive role you must have:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Social Media & Digital marketing role, either at a company or as part of an agency
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Experience of editing and updating websites and online portals
  • Adapting visual content for social media (using creative software like Photoshop or Canva)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive, your role will involve:
  • Oversee all company social media account management and the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the website requests and updates.
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which inform audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Develop a robust social media strategy.
  • Writing copy to support social and digital content.
  • Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new property releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages. Work with the Graphic Designers to source branded imagery for social posts where needed.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Update marketing information on related portals such as Rightmove.
  • Deal with all queries, enquiries, and comments on our platforms.
