Leadership and Management Development Consultant 6 Month Contract Chelmsford £500 per day (Umbrella)ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership & Management Development Consultant to join one of our clients on an initial 6-month contract. This role will translate current and future leadership and management development needs at all levels in the organisation.Responsibilities:* Lead the design and implementation of leadership and management development solutions, to ensure they are future-focused, relevant, innovative, cost effective and aligned to functional business plans.* Responsible for externally procuring, as appropriate, the design and delivery of specific programs, providing the necessary contract management and quality assurance.* Deliver agreed leadership and management development solutions. * Supports the implementation of our Talent development strategy, ensuring the Talent needs identified across the organisation are properly addressed.* Explore and develop collaborative approaches to strengthening leadership and management capabilities across the wider business.* Work collaboratively across People & Transformation to build an aligned and relevant service for the organisation. Requirements:* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver at pace.* Significant technical expertise in Leadership and Management Development.* Proven ability to solve complex problems, conduct research/break new ground, develop new applications and provide expert support for other practitioners.* Sound expertise in designing and applying impact evaluation to leadership and management development programs.* Practical experience in learning and business needs consulting, able to guide stakeholders through a shared and collaborative decision making process, working at all levels within a matrix organisation.* Confident facilitation and delivery of workshops, events or development interventions, with the ability to create engaging content.This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
