Sales Manager (Luxury Vehicles)£30,000 Basic + £100k OTE+ Progression + Company BenefitsChelmsfordAre you a Sales Manager looking to join a company that will give you the freedom to take full control over an already successful and thriving team who are becoming the go to name for luxury vehicles across the whole of the UK, where you will have fullcontrol over this business divisionDo you want to join an ambitious luxury car trader, who have gone from strength to strength since the 1970s who now turnover £250 million from their Chelmsford branchOn offer is an exciting opportunity to manage an elite team of sales professionals where you will be involved in all new business acquisitions and helping to coach and manage more junior members of the team.In this role you will be the go to person to share and advise on best practice to ensure to revenue for the business with the support of an already established lead generation and sales team behind you. With suppliers such as Bentley, Ferrari and McLarenyou will be surrounded and test drive some of the UKs most sought after vehicles.This role would suit somebody that has an active and keen interest in the luxury automotive industry and a willingness to manage an already thriving team and share some of their industry wisdom.THE ROLE:

  • Managing the sales pipeline and process of a company turning over £250 million
  • Responsible for hitting targets to ensure your high earning potential
  • Working collaboratively with industry experts and the sales team to plan and drive new business revenue
