Here at Academics Chelmsford, we are ready to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Secondary team. Applications would be most welcome from Consultants from all sectors, as full training will be given to work on one of our existing warm Secondarydesks. Minimum of one year experience required in any recruitment sector.You will need to be driven and determined to work with our Secondary school clients, always ready to find the best possible Teachers and education staff to help them fill their roles. You will have the opportunity to provide candidates on a temporary andpermanent basis, so you will need a keen eye for detail and be able to think on your feet, to find solutions and fill jobs in a fast paced environment.As a consultant at Academics you will have access to our fantastic compliance and resourcing team to help you find and clear your candidates ready for work. You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to account manageour current clients and win new clients schools.In return for your hard work we offer our market leading commission structure, excellent salary packages with generous holiday allowances.
