Job Description

Lettings Progressor - Monday to Friday

  • This exciting position will suit someone working in Property Management, Lettings Administration and / or Renewals or a Lettings Negotiator who does not want to work weekends and after initial probationary period has been completed successfully, there may be the opportunity to work part or all of the week from home.
  • Once Letting Negotiators negotiate a let the transaction is then passed over to the Letting Progressor who will be responsible for ensuring that the transaction moves through efficiently to successful move in’.
    • Lettings Progressor - Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate will be liaising with an appointed provider of referencing, Inventory Clerks, Letting Negotiators and other third parties.
  • Therefore excellent communication skills both electronically and verbally are essential, as is a sound basic knowledge of the Lettings process.
  • Successful candidates will also need to be very well organised and believe strongly in delivering a very high level of customer service on a consistent basis.

  • From day one you will focus wholly on the Lettings process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income.
  • You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by their staff is of paramount importance.

  • The position would suit someone with a flair for administration and organisation.
    • Lettings Progressor - Monday to Friday Basic salary to £22,000 + bonuses taking the overall salary to £24,000.
