Events Sales Manager£50k basic with £100k+ OTE (Salary negotiable depending on candidates experience)Chelmsford, EssexPermanent/Full TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm) with some Saturdays during Events.Are you looking for a new challenge in your sales careerOur client, located in Chelmsford, is on the search for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their business!They are looking for a candidate who can prove great sales results and can help continue the growth of the company - if you are interested, contact us today!Duties & Responsibilities of an Events Sales Manager:

  • Face to face sales and Telesales.
  • Driving the companys sales performance by helping close warm leads.
  • Actively prospecting cold leads to gain new sales.
  • Developing and executing sales targets.
  • Reporting and presenting results to management.
  • Driving and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Helping grow and develop an in-house Sales team.
  • Keeping regular communication with the customer base (identifying sales opportunities).
Your Background & Skill:
  • Proven experience within a Sales role (can be from any industry).
  • Experience in sales qualification, solution developing and deal closing, a must.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focused and team player.
  • Ability to help a business grow and develop your own team over time.
