Job Description

Personal / Executive Assistant with the opportunity to work with many of the worlds leading FMCG brands and agencies!Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Personal / Executive Assistant to work based in Cheddar, Somerset for a market-leading, innovative and inspiring project coordination company. You will provide effective, efficient and pro-active administrative support and hands-on assistance to the Managing Director. Managing through third-party suppliers, the Human Resource & Health & Safety Functions of the Company.The working hours are 08.45 - 17.15 Monday to Friday. The annual salary is circa £22,000 - £26,000 PA dependent on experience.Package:

  • Twenty-five days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays - a few days needs to be kept back for the end of year shut down.
  • Christmas & New Year office closure, giving everyone quality time off.
  • Pension 9% from employer 0% employee.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative, minute taking, filing and general hands-on secretarial support to Managing Director.
  • Oversee, plan and communicate diary movements of the Managing Director and organise meetings as and when necessary and keep MD updated of any booked with him in attendance.
  • Topline collection of the administration of the Managing Directors expenses and mileage reporting.
  • Communicate business status and maintain frequent dialogue daily and regularly whilst Managing Director is away from Business.
  • Co-ordinating the preparation of internal communications, emails, responses, reports, audits and documentation as required by the Managing Director.
  • Client Liaison and acting on status/updates on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
  • Maintain awareness, co-ordinate and oversee the major new project, various leads and potentials, T&Cs, audits and business activity and keep informing/updating/filing for MD accordingly including hands-on project management support if and when necessary.
  • Administration and management of all personal and private sensitive Human Resource matters and liaison with HR Dept.
  • Holidays, Sickness and absence reporting, Staff Inductions, Staff Handbook, administration, coordination and management of Staff Recruitment Personal records.
  • Organise regular daily, hourly updates in whatever form relevant.
  • Co-ordinate and Manage Senior Managers Monthly Management/ Budget meetings etc and take and distribute notes under the direction of MD.
  • Be aware and view/ update and action all MDs CRM & PM tasks.
  • Provide Project Management support for specific projects/activities to assist the Managing Director.
  • Liaison with Company Tax Officials regarding Company requirements and Payroll on behalf of the MD.
  • Key Strengths:Excellent organisational and planning skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Typing and note taking experience.The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.Computer literate.About You:
