Job Description

A services organisation based in Cheddar are looking for a HR & Payroll Manager to join their team.Working for an industry-leader that has continued plans for growth, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.Duties will include:

  • Manage HR policies, practices and initiatives
  • Provide support and guidance on Employee Relations, L&D, Performance Management, Engagement and Reward
  • Manage and deliver the company recruitment process
  • Ensure employee records are kept up to date, complying with GDPR legislation
  • Process weekly salaries and monthly wages
  • Issue P45 and P46’s
  • Prepare annual P11D and P60’s
  • Monitor and manage staff holidays
  • Process pension opt-ins and opt-outs
The successful candidate will have experience in both HR and payroll (preferably Sage). Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
