Marketing ManagerA highly ambitious and award winning leisure business with sites across the south west are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a huge opportunity to join a progressive business with plans to grow from 8 to 36 premises overthe next 3 years.This is a brand new role with huge amounts of scope to design, develop and implement Marketing strategy and bring new ideas as well as growing the Marketing team and function as the business grows.The company offers a fantastic working environment with a focus on staff satisfactionYou will be responsible for:

Supporting the development and implementation of the marketing strategy
Work closely with both internal and external marketing teams to deliver outstanding campaigns (including email, social media, ppc, seo etc...)
Driving performance and supporting the business to achieve their objectives
Growth and development of the Marketing team and function
Support the senior leadership team

You will have the following skills and experience:

Strong Marketing Background able to step into this senior position
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideally a marketing qualification but not essential
Rounded marketing experience including social media, emails, website, ppc, SEO etc...
Able to work independently and as part of a team
