Would you like to join a global, market leading manufacturer as the Export Sales Office Manager!Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a permanent Export Sales Office Managerbased near Cheddar, North Somerset. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the Export Sales Office team who handle all administrative and service aspects of the sales order cycle for Export markets supplied from UK stock. Also to line manage & support the Dubai Office Manager who is responsible for markets supplied from stock held in the Middle East. This involves management of individuals and close collaboration with the Export Director to forecast sales, and with colleagues in the Purchasing & Supply, Finance and Operations teams to deliver results & ensure monthly targets are met.Daily troubleshooting, questioning, negotiation and decision making are instrumental as is the ability to drive efficiency through leadership, process review and continual improvement.As part of the management team within the Sales Office, the role also includes providing general support to the Sales Office Manager & working as a team with other managers within the Sales Office. Some travel may be required to enable the effective management of the Dubai based staff.The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. *The annual salary is highly competitive and dependant on experience* Key Responsibilities:
