My client is an ambitious, dynamic &rapidly expanding Mechanical Engineering company covering South Wales, Southwest EnglandTheir growing client base includes Recycling companies and AggregatesWe are looking to recruit a Contracts Engineering Managerto join their South West Office in CheddarThe role will be to:To provide their customers with the highest levels of service and to meet the demands of their growing work force & expanding geographical .The successful candidate would ideally have experience in steelwork and mechanical engineering, heavy industry background preferred.We are seeking individuals who are experienced in project management from enquiry stage to final accounting including estimatingThe successful candidate will need to be comfortable with client liaison and man management.The role also requires excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills with an aptitude for both maintaining and developing our client relationships through consistently exceeding their expectations.You will need to be self-reliant and flexible in your approach as our ability to respond to the varied needs of our clients has been instrumental in securing our continued success and growth.A strong desire and commitment to promoting and developing the companys stated & clear commitment to operating and driving the highest industry standards in all matters of Health & Safety is a prerequisite.This is a genuine opportunity to join a dynamic company and to become an integral part of the long-term success and its future with the potential for personal progression as we continue to grow.
