Are you seeking the ideal job to fit around the school run or hobbiesKeen on 9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to FridayWe are seeking a standout candidate with an excellent administration & customer service background!Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work based in Cheddar, Somerset for a market-leading, innovative and inspiring project coordination & marketing company.The Customer Service Advisor attracts potential customers by answering service questions, processing orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.The working hours are (Part Time)9.00am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday. The annual salary is circa £20,000 PA pro rata.Package:

  • Twenty-five days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays - a few days needs to be kept back for the end of year shut down.
  • Christmas & New Year office closure, giving everyone quality time off.
  • Pension 9% from employer 0% employee.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain client relationships with consumer service teams.
  • Resolve problems.
  • Clarify consumers complaints.
  • Determining the cause of the issue.
  • Explaining the best solution to solve the issue.
  • Managing calls and emails.
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by utilising tools available.
  • Read from call scrips.
  • Resolving issues via phone, email or social media.
