  • Provide people advice and support to our Astraline business, supporting colleagues, leaders and the Astraline Executive, with a commercial focus aligned to the people policy framework.
  • Actively contribute to the delivery of Astralines mission and objectives.
  • Identify and implement people projects and initiatives aligned to a commercial, harmonious and accountable workplace culture.
So now youve heard a bit about what youll do, let us tell you a bit about the team - its important to know who you might be working with, rightOur TeamYoull be part of a close-knit team of 3 Team Managers, based at our great innovation Hub in Cheadle. Were led by Lisa Brumwell, Operations Director - Astraline, and as well as providing support to the organisation and our customers, we support each othertoo. We work hard but we also like to have fun!About YouWere looking for someone who holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification and who has experience of people operations within a contact centre and/or commercial environment. With an understanding of and practical application of employment law, including a workingknowledge of TUPE and business transfers, you will have knowledge of the people lifecycle and the ability to contribute towards people policies, guidelines and leaders toolkits.Able to influence and build relationships with people at all levels, you will enjoy working at pace and with colleagues across the business and have experience of using a people system to produce and analyse people metrics and make appropriate recommendations.Previous experience in a stand-alone people role is desirable, but not essential.If you think youve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, wed still love to hear from you.And the benefits of working for usWe offer a fantastic holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (including statutory holidays) which rises to 38 days after 5 years service.
