Job Description

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a well established and expanding charity on two Finance Business Partner roles. These roles will offer hybrid working however you will need to be on site at their office in Cheadle Hume to start with. Salary£35k per annum plus benefits. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will need to have a strong Financial Analytics background and also an understanding of management accounts. This role will require you to work very closely with the Heads of Service and improve reporting and financialawareness. The role will also be involved with the development of new financial systems and reporting to improve and ensure accurate information. You will review, analyse and report and any variances that come through and approve all reconciliation and accruals. Alongside this you will prepare analysis information and hold meetings with department heads to ensure full understanding of financial information.You will support the Management Accountant during budget time and also assist with the planning and preparation of the annual audit. A key part will be to develop KPIs to monitor performance and develop financial awareness through improved reporting. Finance Business Partner - About you.

AAT/CIMA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is essential. (Part qualified considered)
You must have advance MS excel and data manipulation skills
You will need to have a proven background working in a similar role.
Demonstrable experienced of partnering with key stakeholders
The ability to analyse, present and report management information in an accurate and timely manner
Strong working knowledge of accounting software systems.
