Job Description

Financial Adviser Support Administrator - £20,000kOne of IT Bods leading clients is a Financial Services company that specialises in advising customers aged 55+ in later life mortgages. Their rapidly growing business has opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced Financial Adviser Support Administratorto join the team.Main DutiesProcessing Life Cover/Protection applications:

  • Administration Checks on all New Business Protection cases
  • Ensure Intelligent Office file fully completed
  • Liaise with Compliance Manager with any concerns
  • Post-sale customer support for all Protection cases
  • Support Protection advisers
  • Check for completions - confirmation email to clients
  • Chasing Policy Documents
  • Updating New Business spreadsheet
  • Checking and scanning Policy documents
General Office Duties:
  • Post - opening, scanning, and distributing to Financial Adviser or Adviser Support
  • Franking of mail
  • Addressing any printer/shredder or stationary issues.
  • Answering and transferring of calls to relevant member of staff
  • Updating Intelligent Office (Back-office system) with telephone call information
  • Processing Letters of Authority
  • Excellent customer services
  • Making sure all client records are retained in line with the firms Data Security / Data Protection/ Record Keeping policy
About you:
  • Possess a positive, confident, and assertive attitude always
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic and committed approach.
  • 7 GCSEs including good passes in Maths and English Language
  • Ideally have 2-3 A-level passes
