Benefits include; Social events, complimentary fresh fruit, monthly Perkbox* points, training opportunities and staff rewards programme.Purpose of the Job and Primary Objectives: The role is to be a key team member in the recruitment and staffing of temporary assignments across the UK. You will be required to communicate with temporary staff members, and complete admin tasks to ensure.Reports To: Staffing Manager & Head of DepartmentMain Duties:

  • Assigning and confirming shifts on shift booking system
  • Communicating with members of staff ahead of work
  • Pre shift admin management
  • Post shift admin management
  • Updating company database/website
  • Reporting to Staffing Manager and any tasks they require
  • Any other admin tasks as required by the business
Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Work in a timely manner and respond appropriately to others via a range of methods
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Be able to work accurately and calmly, and show resilience, when under pressure
  • Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues within the business and have a proven ability to work as a member of a team
