Danish Speaking Customer Service AdvisorLocation: RemoteSalary: £23-27k DOEContract: TEMPORARY (Until March, potential to be extended)The Customer Service Specialist will develop accurate service agreements for a defined regional/territorial customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in Danish customer service via telephone and email.Job Description- Ensuring customers have the right information needed to renew service agreements and other company products.- Analyse customer accounts and effectively prepare renewal quotes and documents.- Distributing relevant documents via email and mail.- Liaising with internal and external sales teams to set up customer pathways.- Maintaining records on the database.- General adhoc duties.Person Specification- At least 2 years experience in a Danish-speaking customer service role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.- Experience with NetSuite and HubSpot is desirable.If this role sounds of interest to you, please apply below and i will be in touch if suitable.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
