* Remote role with weekly travel for meetings - Shipley/Peterborough* 35 hour working week and and great benefits* Support and collaborative work environmentYoull be an experienced accountant with previous exposure to service charge accounting looking to move their career forward to a managerial role to lead, develop and support a team of 3 within a growing and supportive environment.You want a role where you can develop yourself and your team and always look to improve finance processes and procedures around service charges.What youll need to offer:* Youll have a detailed understanding, experience and knowledge of financial service charge legislation and regulation, particularly in respect of leaseholders and home owners.* Experience of managing teams and inspiring colleagues to develop and grow through the implementation of a coaching culture.* Experience in producing timely and accurate reports.* Ability to deal with external auditors.* An understanding of the different tenure types they may encounter in the role (Leasehold/RTB/Shared Owner/Freehold (with & without charges)/Rented/etc).* Member of or currently studying towards a relevant financial qualification (CCAB/or equivalent) or significant relevant experience* Highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Dynamics) and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
