Role Summary:The Director of Customer Relations has a critical role in achieving Accents’ strategic objective to provide personal customer experience. At Accent, we are committed to delivering first class customer service and using customer feedback to drive service improvements.We want to transform our customer journey to ensure that every touchpoint is positive. You will be the champion of customer service, promoting at all times the customer voice and delivering customer led service improvements.LocationThe successful candidate will be required to travel to all our sites around the country.SalaryThe spot salary for this post is £90,000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post.This post will also receive a car allowance.Interviews for the role will be held at first or second week on January 2024.What will you get from usIn addition to a competitive salary and agile working, we also have a focus on employees’ development.
