Job Description

Senior Project Manager, Permanent, £70-85K + Bonus + Benefits.High growth fintech in the B2B credit markets requires a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of internal and external projects for new client SaaS software platform implementations.As a senior project manager, you will:

  • Manage the delivery of new client-driven projects, acting as key external client-facing liaison from engagement through to go-live and internal cross-functional projects such as process improvements, product developments and other initiatives
  • Form deal teams, project teams and run internal, client steering and project meetings
  • Solve project issues and manage resources
  • Monitor multiple projects and provide guidance on risks
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project delivery efficiency and quality
    • Essential requirements:
  • Experienced senior project manager with external client project delivery experience
  • Hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems integration experience (ERP, Payment, Back Office, Middleware etc.)
  • Able to create solutions against requirements through analysis and communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced managing business, financial services and/or technology projects
    • Ideal requirements:
  • PMP, Prince 2, MSP certified
  • Six Sigma, LEAN or other process improvement certification
  • Software delivery using both Waterfall and Agile
  • A good understanding of a software / financial product delivery lifecycle
  • Worked for a technology organisation
  • Bi/Multi-lingual
  • The position is offering £70-85K plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
