Job Description

Credit Controller (6-Month FTC)

  • Location: London Harley Street
  • Job Type: Part time, 6-month FTC
  • Salary: up to £32k (pro-rata)
Our friendly and dynamic client, based at their prestigious Harley Street medical practice, is looking for a part-time, confident, and experienced Credit Controller, ideally with experience in the medical environment to join them on a 6-month FTC basis.They require some assistance with clawing back aged debt. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and able to communicate with customers with a conscientious approach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Management: Proactively manage credit control for all clients.
  • Invoice Management: Chase up outstanding invoices from individual clients and liaise with private insurance companies and embassies.
  • Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records on aged debtors and prepare monthly reports for the Medical Director.
Candidate Profile:
  • Team Player: Must be willing to work as part of an established and friendly team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Midex Pro software would be ideal, but not essential.
Working Arrangements:
  • Hybrid/Home Working: After a short training period, hybrid/home working will be implemented.
  • Vibrant Location: On-site access to the lively Marylebone area with its cafes and cosmopolitan lifestyle.
  • Contract Duration: Starting with a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  • Flexible Hours: 25 hours per week, suitable for those seeking flexible working arrangements.
