Job Description

We are currently working in partnership with an esteemed Educational Institution, who are looking to appoint an HR Change Manager on a 5-month FTC.This will be a full-time position based in South East London, with up to two days a week working from home and a salary between £50,653 - £58,084 per annum.The ideal candidate will have large scale change management and experience working in the public sector.Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting on a change programme affecting up to 300 to 400 employees, managing voluntary and involuntary redundancies and conducting consultation meetings
  • Providing advice and guidance to all affected employees in a sensitive and timely manner
  • Completing operational work related to the restructure and redundancies including conducting one to one meetings, sending any required documents and letters, creating redundancy schedules and answering any related queries
  • Supporting on any ad hoc generalist HR work if required
Experience required:
  • Large scale change management
  • Balancing multiple HR based responsibilities at once
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Strong communication on micro levels
  • Working to strict deadlines while still having efficient results
