Our rapidly expanding client require an IT Support Engineer to join their team.The successful candidate will be expected to complete defined IT maintenance and support tasks as directed by the IT Leadership team, through the IT Service Desk, and in support of the Regional IT Service Manager.Complete allocated tickets from the ServiceDesk in line with agreed service levelsRequired Skills:• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively• Microsoft Office Troubleshooting• Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting• Windows Server Troubleshooting• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders• Customer Service Experience• Administering and supporting o365 (Exchange/Azure AD/Endpoint)• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool experience• MECM/SCCM Administration• On Prem AD administration• Experience working with Backup solutions• Familiar with Networking infrastructures and cable management• Able to work with Video conferencing equipment• Install and configure computer systems, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software fault
