Business Development Manager- Training Programmes | London | Full-Time | Salary £26500 to £30000 P.ABusiness Development ManagerA full-time position is offered to a proactive, agile and results-driven Business Development Manager with a focus on marketing and selling NAPAC’s training programmes to external clients in the public and private sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a passion for driving positive change in the field of trauma support.NAPAC is the National Association for People Abused in Childhood. Their vision is of a world where no child experiences abuse. Until then, they envision a society in which everyone impacted by childhood abuse can access the support they need, when they needit.Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will play a critical part in expanding NAPAC’s reach and impact by promoting and delivering training offerings to organisations and professionals engaging with survivors of childhood abuse.You will be responsible for developing, promoting and implementing a strategic business development plan to market and sell NAPACs training programmes to external clients, including fields such as policing, mental health, social work and education.Through your market research and competitor analysis, you will need to be able to promote training programmes through various channels, such as networking events, conferences and digital marketing initiatives, identifying and cultivating relationships withpotential clients and developing tailored solutions.You will be required to collaborate in the design and customisation of training materials and resources to address the specific needs of external clients, whilst tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to sales pipeline, revenue targets, andclient satisfaction.A willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours is required.Why should you work for them· You will have the opportunity to attend CPD-certified courses and train at the cutting edge of trauma-informed practice.· They take care of their own, so you will have access to free supervision (recognising the challenging nature of the work) and an extremely supportive team.· You will benefit from a competitive annual salary and access to a pension scheme.
