Job Description

Finance Director / ControllerPermanent, full-time3 days Central London office base, 2 days remoteSalary circa £130,000 to £150,000 paSalary negotiable dependent on matching experience & skillsAn exciting opportunity for a qualified, big four trained Finance Director to join a globally scaling organization (70 employees and growing) with strong financial and partner backing.The Finance Director will be responsible for financial reporting and internal controls overseeing the UK finance team (4) and outsourced finance services.Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified with proven PQE experience in a Senior Controller or Finance Director level position.
  • Big four audit background.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring, managing, and leading a finance team.
  • Global scale-up / expansion financial management experience
  • Hands-on financial reporting and internal control management.
  • Background in manufacturing with expertise in cost accounting and inventory.
  • Experience in high-growth startup fast-moving environment.
  • Proven experience managing ERP / Finance techstack transition or deployment in small/startup business.
  • Comfortable reporting to CFO as global #2 in finance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to internal and investor stakeholders.
  • Flexible for hybrid working in Central London.
