Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are working with a great cosmetic clinic in Harley Street who are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Clinic Manager to join their high end cosmetic clinic to drive the business forward!Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the smooth operation of the clinic
  • Lead, develop, and manage the clinic and a team.
  • Conduct ongoing employee appraisals to improve, develop, and motivate the team.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise team members as needed.
  • Advocate employee well-being and contribute to team-building events and ongoing training needs.
  • Conduct client consultations, recommend treatment plans, and actively promote the clinic on social media platforms.
  • Cross-sell treatment plans with products to enhance client well-being and aftercare.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have experience managing a cosmetic clinic.
  • Must be professional, reliable and organised.
  • Must have good time management skills and the ability to work on own intiative.
  • Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
  • Relevant experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry.
