I am currently recruiting for a Company Accountant. My client is one of the fastest growing residential developers in London and is currently active on several major sites across the capital.They specalise in a sustainable approach to property development across inner and wider London. They are a rapidly growing company and looking for a Company Accountant to join them. Headquartered in one of the liveliest areas of Central London, (near theShard) you will be joining a friendly and sociable team. Working in an open plan office, the role is a full-time permanent position based 5 days in the office. The office is located close to excellent public transport links.Salary up to 40k, + in an expansive open planned office.Reporting into the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities of this Company Accountant opportunity will include:• Balance sheet reconcilations (including intercompany)• Preparing & Posting VAT returns• Preparing monthly management accounts• Preparing & posting monthly journals (interest)• Assisting with year-end audit• Monthly PO reports• Cashflow and forecasting• Managing business expense claims• Overseeing accounts assistantDesirable Experience:• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience• Accounting or Finance degree• Understanding of Sage 50 software• Good Ms Excel knowledge (including pivot tables/VLOOKUP’s)• Attention to detailThis is an exciting and progressive opportunity for an experienced Junior Management Accountant or Company Accountant.If this sounds of interest, please apply online now!
