The Company A business with a million-pound turnover that is a leading supplier in MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) and has been in the industry over 25 years. They offer Modular & offside products, including but not limited to anti-vandal buildings, Jackleg units,high-quality refurbishments and bespoke modular buildings. Sectors They Cover Residential, Commercial, Care Homes, Schools, Leisure Facilities, Porta Cabins, Modular Homes, Export Containers, Jackleg Units, Anti-vandal buildings WagesPAYE: £12.50 / hour with additional £1.51 holiday pay CIS: £16.00 / hour (£880/week) Hours Of WorkMonday to Friday Between 6am - 6pm At least 10 hours per day expected as standard Qualifications / Experience required: Ideally to NVQ Level in either Joinery Level 1, Construction Practices, Or an Apprenticeship Will accept other related experience or apprenticeships Ideally from a Modular or Caravan Production background Experience of working in a construction environment Key responsibilities: Assisting Skilled Joiners in the fitting of relevant components of the Modular Homes and Cabins to create a quality finished product. Constructing stud wall partitions Interior wall construction Plaster boarding Interior and Exterior Cladding Fitting Skirting & Architraves Use of hand & power tools in an approved manner Ensure that all work is of a quality level as prescribed Be responsible for ensuring a clean and tidy work area Responsible for basic health and safety standards within the workplace * To hear more about this exciting new opportunity please call Yazmin in the 1st instance on to explain to me your suitability for this role or please send your CV The following applies to all workers paid on a PAYE basis. How will you be paid You will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance. There is no charge for your payroll being processed. How often will you be paid You will be paid on a weekly basis for the hours you completed the previous week. Holiday Pay Your holiday is accrued over a 52-week average at a rate of 12.07% of your hourly rate.
