Summary: Consortium Recruitment are pleased to be representing a highly innovative and leading business, based in Bridlington. They are experiencing an unprecedented period of growth and are now looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Electrical Assembly Team Leader. The role itselfThe successful Electrical Assembly Team Leader will work within the electrical team carrying out work in line with electrical drawings. You will communicate with our suppliers and purchasing department on product components and may be required on occasionsto travel to other company sites, customers and supplier sites when requested.Your duties will include but not be limited to:* Building panels* Producing backplates and wiring looms* Fault finding* Carrying out any necessary wiring modifications when required* Work towards lean manufacturing methodologiesThe Candidate As an Electrical Assembly Team Leader you will deal with all aspects of electrical elements relating to production. Supporting your team throughout the manufacturing processes and dealing with any issues that occur.You will need relevant electrical experience, and the following attributes:* Relevant Lv3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications.* Electrical design experience* IT skills* Work towards common goal of the business with stakeholders* Continuous improvement mind set and a knowledge of lean manufacturing processes* The desire to learn and develop skills within a growing business* Able to read and understand mechanical and/or electrical drawingsConsortium Professional Recruitment Ltd are a professional level recruitment consultancy specialising in the delivery of high relevance recruitment services on behalf of our clients across the UK.
