Summary Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.Interviews will be held on the 24th of April. What its like to work here Youll work in the Facilities team and report to the Facilities Manager. Youll be working closely with two other Business Services Coordinators.Day to day, you will be responsible for answering emails and the phone calls from members of the public, staff and contractors. Youll use your skills to ensure efficient processes.The role is office based at Bateman’s. Youll be working inside the Jacobean Mansion alongside the Facilities Manager and the Collections and House team, where there will be regular contact with volunteers.Youll be trained and supported to become a Duty Officer and have responsibility for the site on certain days.
