Your expertise in understanding the uniqueneeds of the manufacturing sector will be crucial in identifying and placing highly skilled professionals.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Manufacturing clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, specifications, and key competencies for various roles.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier Manufacturing professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and provide guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Provide insights to clients and candidates regarding the competitive landscape and talent market.
Business Development:
  • Actively seek opportunities for business development and expansion within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Identify and pursue new client partnerships to increase market share.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on Manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing roles, processes, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
