Position:Divisional ManagerSector:ManufacturingLocation:Burton (Cheshire)OverviewRussell Taylor Group has an immediate requirement for a Divisional Manager, aspiring Senior Consultant or Team leader, who has extensive experience of operating within the manufacturing and/or FMCG verticals. Key responsibilities

• Responsible for managing revenue stream against budget for an exisiting team
• Attracting and rretaining both existing and new clients
• Sales & performance management
• Developing headcount within the team
• Maintenance and growth of database
• Ensuring best practice is followed and maximum output is delivered by the team
• Finanical reporting directly into company Directors
• Representing the business in the best possible light with clients and candidates and also with internal stakeholders
• Staff wellbeing and retention

Suitability for the role

• Have at least 1 years’ experience within a management or supervisory position
• Experience of working within a recruitment agency environment
• Enjoy developing clients and staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Personable, whilst setting exceptional standards
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Good IT skills.
