Once set up you will then be responsible in leading and managing a team of recruitmentconsultants. Your leadership skills, industry expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving team success and achieving organisational goals.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants specialising in Manufacturing.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional recruitment services.
Business Development:
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and ensure the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the Manufacturing division.
  • Analyse market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Recruitment Process Oversight:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the team delivers high-quality services to both clients and candidates.
  • Provide guidance on complex searches and key client engagements.
Performance Metrics:
  • Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, including revenue generation, client satisfaction, and individual consultant KPIs.
  • Implement strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall team efficiency.
Role Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a focus on Manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing roles, processes, and industry-specific recruitment requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding team targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
