  • Job Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Salary guide: £26,000 - £27,000
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch

  • Handling a selection of existing accounts with the aim of upselling, cross-selling, and retaining existing business
  • Providing in-depth quotations to prospective and existing customers, logging all information on the CRM and following up on outstanding quotes
  • Identifying potential opportunities through positive customer contact and referring these opportunities to the sales team
  • Closing sales by following up on outstanding quotations, converting incoming enquiries, and actively reaching out to warm sales leads
  • Maintaining all account records, updating the CRM with sales activity
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrates strong account handling and sales skills, with a proven track record of nurturing relationships and building accounts
  • Possesses good customer service and administration skills and is the type to go above and beyond for customers
  • Professional in your approach, with plenty of drive and determination
  • Thrives in a fast-paced role and enjoys juggling a busy workload
