Job Description

Job Title: Admin Assistant (Temp to Perm)Location: Burntwood, StaffordshireJob Type: Temporary to Permanent, 4-5 days a weekSalary: £11.66 per hourAre you an experienced Administrator with proficiency in Sage50 Do you excel in multitasking and thrive in a dynamic work environment If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About Us:My client is a reputable company based in Burntwood, Staffordshire,theypride themselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Sage50 and possess strong organisational skills. As an all-rounderadministrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including credit control, general admin duties, customer service, and maintaining purchase and sales ledger.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing credit control procedures
  • Handling administrative tasks efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service support
  • Inputting and maintaining purchase and sales ledger
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Sage50 is essential
  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00Benefits when perm: 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Free Parking
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.66
